This ready made blend contains a mix of Roman Chamomile, Sage and Vetiver pure essential oils. It is designed for comfort and relaxation after a stressful day.

Aromatherapy in the home:
Add a few drops of the oil to water in the well of an oil burner and light a tea light underneath, alternatively you can add a few drops of the oil in to the water chamber of your electric ultrasonic diffuser.

Aromatherapy on the go:
Add a couple of drops of oil on to the specially designed diffuser beads or felt pads of your diffuser jewellery or car air fresheners.

Aromatherapy for the body:
Dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the body as a massage oil. Alternatively add a few drops to you bath water to enjoy a natural relaxing soak.
